How Do We Begin?

Send a project brief. We review your goals, audience, existing assets and timeline, then define the right scope. A request is not a paid order or a guarantee of availability.

What Will My Proposal Include?

The deliverables, quantities, revision rounds, schedule, fees, payment milestones, third-party costs and responsibilities for approvals and supplied content.

How Do Payments Work?

Approved projects can use the payment methods shown on their invoice or checkout. Manual payments must be verified before work or paid access begins. Never send a payment based only on a social message; use your confirmed project instructions.

How Are Revisions Managed?

Your proposal specifies the included review rounds and how feedback is collected. A new direction, added pages or extra deliverables may require an approved scope change.

Who Owns The Final Work?

Ownership and license terms are specified in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software and platform subscriptions retain their own license terms. Editable source files are included only when specified.

What About Photoshoots?

Shoot location, staffing, scheduling, image count, retouching and usage rights are agreed in advance. Travel, studio, styling and other production costs are identified in the quote.

Can You Work Behind My Brand?

Yes, through a scoped white-label relationship. We agree on who communicates with the client, proof approvals, confidentiality and how the work is delivered.

What Happens After Launch?

Your scope defines handoff, training and any support period. Hosting, maintenance, content retainers and new work are separate unless expressly included.

This page explains the project process. Your accepted proposal and signed service agreement govern the specific engagement.
