Access Is Necessary. Understanding Is Essential.
A login without context leaves the owner dependent. Ask your agency to demonstrate how to change key information, review requests, check payment status, manage approvals and find support. Keep an account inventory and a short operations guide.
Management Needs A Scope Too.
Separate launch work from ongoing care. Backups, updates, monitoring, content changes, new campaigns and customer support are different jobs. Define who handles each, how often and at what price. A low entry price should not hide a recurring subscription.
Make Every Review Useful.
Use a shared list of decisions instead of a stream of disconnected comments. Name the page, describe the issue and explain the intended customer outcome. Keep one source of approved copy and assets. Good management protects both the client’s time and the agency’s creative attention.
The Standard To Expect.
Expect a working demonstration, clear records, an accountable contact and a practical handoff. You should leave understanding your platform better than when you arrived. That is how an agency becomes a resource rather than another obstacle.
