Service Terms & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Payments for Tax Branding Pro services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation, a change of plans or a decision not to use the purchased service does not entitle you to a refund. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your Purchased Scope

The product description and order record identify your purchased service. The $500 Landing Page Launch includes one branded page of up to seven sections, refinement of supplied copy and assets, one WooCommerce product/payment journey or one appointment type, a short intake form, confirmation experience, share image, basic tracking setup where supported, one consolidated revision round, launch testing and handoff. Defects in our delivered work reported within 14 days of launch will be corrected within the agreed scope.

What Is Separate

Domain and hosting charges, payment processing fees, paid plugins and subscriptions, advertising spend, a new logo, a professional photoshoot, a full online store, a full course build and custom integrations are not included unless expressly listed in your purchased scope. Extra work requires a separate written scope and price accepted by you before it starts.

Payment And Production

Checkout creates an order. Cash App payment must be sent to $ipaywall with the order reference and verified by Tax Branding Pro before production begins. Placing an order or uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm payment. We confirm the production schedule after reviewing your brief and receiving the required materials. No instant delivery date is promised.

Your Materials And Review

You must have permission to use the supplied names, photographs, trademarks and other materials. Supply accurate offer details, prices and required disclosures; review the finished page before launch. Delays in materials, feedback or access may move the schedule. Do not provide taxpayer records or sensitive client financial information through project forms.

Delivery And Results

We deliver the agreed design and functionality. Sales, leads, bookings, search rankings and revenue are not guaranteed. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms and availability. A new feature request is separate from a defect correction. Any later written project agreement must identify changes to the purchased scope explicitly.
